Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust. Keep it level across your back without pulling it tightly.
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline with the tape relaxed and parallel to the floor.
Hip
Stand naturally and measure around the fullest area of the hips, keeping the tape straight around the body.
Length
Measure vertically from the relevant shoulder, waist or waistband point according to the garment you are considering.
